TL;DR: These two are close. Per Husqvarna, the 350BT moves more air (494 CFM at the nozzle vs 452) while the 150BT blows faster (270 mph vs 180) with slightly more blow force (22 N vs 21) and a slightly lighter weight (21.95 lb vs 22.5). If you want a clear step up in force, the 360BT is rated at 30 N and 631 CFM. All three are sold by Amazon.

Husqvarna's 350BT and 150BT are both 50cc-class gas backpack blowers, which is why they get compared. The spec differences are small, so it helps to see them side by side from Husqvarna's own numbers.

How we checked: Specs come from each manufacturer's own product pages, cited below, and every product was checked on Amazon on September 30, 2026. All three were sold by Amazon.com. We compare published specs; we don't run our own tests.

Why Amazon Shows Different CFM

The Amazon title for the 350BT lists 692 CFM. Husqvarna's spec pages give airflow measured at the nozzle (494 CFM for the 350BT), which is the figure we compare here. When you compare blowers, compare the same kind of number across models - our CFM vs MPH explainer covers the difference.

Which One?

350BT if you want a bit more air volume for moving large piles of dry leaves. 150BT if you want faster air and a touch more blow force for wet, matted leaves at nearly the same weight. 360BT if you want noticeably more force and airflow and don't mind a larger engine. In California, most newly manufactured small off-road engines must be zero-emission, per CARB, so check availability there.

Common Questions

Is a battery blower an option?

Husqvarna's Leaf Blaster 350iB is rated at 800 CFM and 23.5 N with its battery, per Husqvarna. See our Husqvarna blower guide.

Bottom Line

For most yards, either works: the 350BT for airflow, the 150BT for air speed. Step up to the 360BT for more force. See also our backpack blower guide and gas blower guide.
